Minus command points

I vaguely remember this issue from way back.
Anyone remember what the cause may be?

Custom modded paratroop scenario (I have added para versions of HMG, Eng and Mortar units).
The two previous para-drop turns looked fine. Additional units were landing this turn.

That would usually only happen if you were removing CP via Trigger...

Maybe you had spawned a Core unit and undeployed them somehow? Maybe that could have caused an oddity?

Aha, I see I have a Check Last Kill trigger that removes 3 CPs.
I created the scenario about a year ago and I can't remember why I added this
