Teck Advice please

In the last few days during MP games my lap top pops up with " locked" then my lap top shuts down loosing that turn of my game. after restarting i am back to the start of that turn very frustrating. any advice greatly appreciated cheers

Are you walking away from your computer and the screen lock timeout is activated? Or is this something happening in the middle of a game?

If the former, I suggest extended the screen inactivity lock time and/or exit the game so the turn is uploaded when you take a break. If it is happening in the middle of a game while you are sitting there playing, then I have no idea.

If it happens in the middle of the game then it might be a battery problem, I would recommend you play with your laptop connected to a power supply.

If it locks due to "inactivity", simply increase the sleep mode time from windows settings.
