TCP multiplayer crashes when it rains

I play a lot of TCP multiplayer and occasionally get failed uploads when my opponent and I quit a session, meaning we have to go back a couple of turns in the next session and replay since the most recent save. I have noticed that the last 3 times this has happened the turn that has failed to upload properly has been a rain turn - in a scenario where rain sits as a 10% probability.

Has anyone else noticed crashes linked to rain in TCP multiplayer?
