Limited Stock feature. How it works?

Why not all base units are added to stock in new missions?

For example, He-51 fighters are not replenished in 2 and 3 missions in Spanish Civil war DLC?
Or SdKfz 221 recon?

Are 20 of these are all that you get for an entire campaign?

How I'm supposed to fight battles if I could only replace 20 losses?

Especially if I play with retrograde trait and I would not get other units any time soon.

You only get stock if that equipment is in the available era. So if you play with Retrograde, you will only start receiving equipment from 1936.6.1

I have stock available in 1st mission. But not in later ones.

Also, both He-51 and SdKfz 221 are historically available from 1935.

Ok, you could play without recon, but how can you play the game without fighters? That would be nearly impossible.

SCW starting equipment are set to be avalialbe from 1936.1.1 iirc. Nothing related with history.
