No phased movement for my recon plane

My Fieseler Storch has got no phased movement, i.e. when I move it less than its maximum range all the movement points are spent. It works well with the recon vehicle.
Don't have recon aircraft phased movement?

Recon aircraf don't have Phased Movement trait, so they don't. Isn't that clear enough?

I was not involved in the development process, but from some posts I've seen here, when recon aircraft have phased movement it can create problems with the air recon unit getting to support many fights in a single turn. One solution is to edit the units file and add phased movement to all the air recon units.

Note that the downloadable units file is old and for me has been overwritten during a recent update. Scroll down to the bottom of the linked spreadsheet and look at lines 1126 - 1136. Then copy those lines and append them to the game's units file. This effectively splits the air recon and air spotting roles into two different units.

@charge62: Sounds good, thank you. For the moment I think I leave it as it is. Fortunately, I got the 2 movements hero. I assigned him to the recon AC.
