Judging by FoG I releases and that we've been getting Medieval DLC chronologically it would either be Storm of Arrows or Eternal Empire. They both start around 1300 AD.

So when is this going to be released? I can't find a press release, and watching 4+ hours video in hopes of catching the release schedule is not really possible for me

You are correct. Storm of Arrows is themed around the evolution of Longbow tactics. A later DLC will be themed around the evolution of pike tactics and Hussite war wagons.
Hence in Storm of Arrows the lists end at dates that avoid impinging on the pike theme. For western armies that is circa 1454, central 1449, Italian and Bohemian 1400, Swiss 1359.
Wars of the Roses, Charles the Bold, Swiss pikes and Hussite Wars will be in the later DLC.

Thank you for information! I'l take "Storm of arrows" and starting to wait next dlc
