How to use DLC stuff

Ok if ya buy the original game stand alone Panzer Corps 2 ONLY and then patch it using say the 202 patch ....

Then ya get some downloadable stuff such as the Spanish Civil War .. do ya have to repatch it .. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
