pantherboy took a firm grip of proceedings in Division A with 3 wins this week, extending his unbeaten run to 8 matches. The only player who can now prevent him from winning the championship is late reserve MorkinTheFree, who has 2 wins from 3 matches. lydianed is relegated. Division B finished a few weeks ago. In Division C, 2 wins for Dreddradish has moved him to the top of the table ahead of Holien, who has finished his matches. FireknightBarcelona has an outside chance still if Dreddradish slips up badly in his last 2 matches. At the bottom, both carpenkm and Delbruck will be hopeful of picking enough points from their remaining matches to overhaul IMC and avoid relegation. In Division D, Badger73 needs just 1 point from his match against Kerait to edge out Kroche from the automatic promotion place, while Tratmot needs 7 points from his last 4 games to send LunarFoxx down. The last match in Division E was completed this week and wooden spoonist DirtyMark claimed a narrow consolation victory against gamercb.

Weekly round-up
tyronec (Aragonese) moved to the top of Division A this week with his fifth straight win and now has a clear advantage over his pursuers. He still has matches against CheAhn (Crusader) and harveylh (Italo-Norman) to play and if he avoids defeat in those he should take the championship. At the bottom, a victory for Triarii (German) has eased his relegation worries considerably. Captainwaltersavage (Portuguese) has won automatic promotion after TaBai (Mongol Ilkhanid was held to a score-draw by kraff (Ghurid) this week. Things are looking very bleak for Morat (German) now as he is still to register a point and is 9 points adrift with 4 matches left to play. In Division C a victory for edb1815 (Aragonese) has moved him into a promotion race that is still wide open. GDod (Andalusian), rpadilla1988 (German) and Kroche (also German) all still have good chances. Kerait (Ghurid) is the winner of Division D as challenger Blagrot (Berber Murabit) was defeated by Barrold713 (Aragonese) this week. There is nothing to report from Division E this week.

Aetius39 (Carthaginians) draws with tyronec (Syracusan) 57-53

Tough game as usual against tyronec, but also a bit frustrating as the Carthaginians started off badly when an overzealous unit chased way further than average and threw the whole right side in temporary chaos. I thought it was going to be over quick but the Carthaginian line held well, along with the center and left both breaking holes in the Syracusans. Unfortunately a lot of Syracusan units regained cohesion far away and scattered making it very difficult to re-break them. tyronec also did a great job of keeping them away/holding off any break to 60 percent. Great game and well played!^^
