Problem creating custom flag

Post by Franc Peinovich »

Good afternoon,

I am trying to create a custom campaign for Iran and am using Hungary’s data as a template. While I was able to easily flip the round flag icon (the one attached to units) in the data/UI folder and have it properly reflect in game ( 🇮🇷 🇭🇺 ), I was unable to have the same success editing the other 2 image files (one is a map hex marker and I’m not sure what the other one is used for), as they would remain the same regardless of what I did (even deleting them entirely).

Does anyone know what I should do?

Am I invalidating the files by editing them with MSpaint/other applications? Are there other strings/graphics that I need to edit first?

Regards.
