German PZW 42 useless?

I noticed the Germans have a new mobile rocketlaucher avalible from 1943-09-01 and can hence be bought from Zithomir and onward. It's a mechanized unit but it is useless in it's curent form as it lacks the "Rapid Deployment" trait and hence can't move and fire.
This must be a bug? Someone missed to add the trait in the units file?
