Unable to add PanzerGeneral2 Axis Operations 1942

I currently have PanzerGeneral2 v.1.00.03.
Tried to open/install Axis Operations 1942. Message is "Need to update to v.1.02.00 before installing this DLC"
I downloaded 1.02 upon installing advised "need minimum version 1.01 to run this version"
I downloaded v 1.01.10(won't load "have older version, cancel it)
Went to v. 1.00.03 uninstall but it will not open. What app do I use to open and uninstall?
