So this happened at 31:15 in this match:

I feel like I've seen this before, where a unit that Frags during your own turn as a result of a cohesion drop caused by a friendly unit routing still has normal movement.

Perhaps it is a bug?

It is not technically a bug, although it probably should be fixed.

Currently the AP allowance of fragged units is only set at the start of the side's turn.

This means that if a unit becomes Fragged during its own side's turn, it will retain its normal movment allowance for that turn.

However, that isn't very logical, so I will look at changing it to take effect immediately the unit drops to Fragmented.

I won't put the change in the next update, as we are running out of time in the Swords and Scimitars beta to test it properly for anomalies. (And this "feature" has been present since FOG2 was first released in 2017). But I will put it in the beta for the 3rd DLC when we start that.
