Why are these hexes not spotted?

The weather is snowing but I think it will only reduce my unit's spotting range by 50%, those 2 spotting range units should still be able to spot the hexes right next to them.

This is what happens when I clicked 'next turn'.

I am having these issues too, mostly during rain in combination with "Fog of War". Saving and reloading the game fixes the problem for me.

I restarted the game and loaded the save, but there's no good...

There seems to be a bug with how the fog of war is calculated. I have some hexes that I actually occupy but I still appear to have no visibility into. Notice that the weather is clear:

There seems to be a bug with how the fog of war is calculated. I have some hexes that I actually occupy but I still appear to have no visibility into. Notice that the weather is clear:

That actually happens quite often to me since the latest DLC. I even had an infantry unit which was not able to move since it was stuck in a "Fog of War" hex. It's not game breaking but really annoying.
And those hexes in your screenshot will clear if you save your game and reload it.
