Custom multiplayer-scenario with no deployment phase.
1) Testing in hot-seat mode. The game starts with a deployment-phase. It should start with turn-1.
2) Unable to deploy non-core air units. The deployment locations simply do not display.
3) Air-recon units are not displayed in the list along with the regular air units.
4) No pre-deployed ground units are displayed.

Do you have a save with these probs present? That would be best for tech I guess so that they can repro and see what's going on.
edit: so I understand the Fi Storch shows in the unit bar (editor), but not in-game? And the pre-deployed truck - is it just not in the unit bar, or gone from the map at all in-game?

Scenario attached.
Yes, the Storch is present in the editor, but is not displayed in the reserve list.
There are 400+ deployed land-units
Launching the game from the editor (single-play mode of course) works fine.

It seems fine for me, so I'm not sure what the reason is. The pic below is from steam, recent patch, hotseat, not from the editor. Allied units also showed once I progressed to the 1st Allied player.
The only thing I did was to rename the scn folder to something shorter, using '_' between all spaces. But I have no idea if that pays any role.

I renamed both the folder and the scenario desc and tried my Steam version. Same issue.

Is it using mods or an unchanged 903? If modded, could you try without mods?

I used a modded units.cvs when creating the scenario, mainly to facilitate borrowing units from other factions and thus speed up the process.
I plan to release the scenario using the mod, I have at least 3 multiplayer games (created in 9.0) going using the same mod.
So I doubt the mod itself is the culprit.
BTW, my tests were using the stock game as hot-seat simply does not work in a modded game.

Hm, other idea: is this happening repeatedly or just after long play session or many reloads? The game does not take it very well, esp. when battles/maps are larger.
Thing is when I go with this to Marius, and neither he or I can't repro the issue then it's not easy to deal with this.

Well, what do you know. I tried it once more and this time it went straight to turn-1 and everything looks fine.
This is even after working in the editor with another large scenario for hours...
