However...the Novorossiysk path contains in my opinion the best two scenarios in the entire DLC, with me giving the nod to Grozny when judging between the two. I think in fact that that's a problem. I too would want the special hero, but you shouldn't have to miss out on a special hero by picking one path over the other.
I also enjoyed this path a lot. Feeling from vast distances was great and I kind of screwed up with my mobile airfields (bad distance judgement).

I actually felt under pressure in both scenarios, just because the maps are so big.

Great job, devs!

Blut is the Alternative way. Winter Storm is the Historical way. It depends on whether you follow the order and abandon the Sixth Army in the last mission. I think Op Blut is a very touching misssion.

Operation Blut is the "victory" path. You are given a 1-strength SMGInf as a captured unit (?) as a token, similar to the Meteor, SU100Y and JagdTiger from AO40 and AO41.

The token is given on victory, telling from the lua script, so I guess there is no way to check it except for directly looking at the saved core for now.

You can rename saved core "end_of_005AODLC1942East_1" to "end_of_004AODLC1941East_1" and use renamed core to start AO1942 DLC to check if infantry is there... smg infantry was properly saved in my core file.

Yeah that could really lead to some crazy cores, but I imagine that would lead to some issues with broken tokens and corrupted scripts.

In the street of Stalingrad, I was not given the option to spend 5 commendation points. I certainly have enough CP at that point, can anyone tell me what the reward is and what the requirement is?

The reward is regular 35 Tiger I tanks. The script checks to see if you have enough CP, it won't trigger the event if you have less than 5. It should trigger at the very start of the scenario. May be restart the scenario and try again?

The exact same script is replicated in the LUA file for the Assault on Stalingrad scenario.

is there any difference in missions or rewards in 1942 if you let Galland go in 1941 or not? could you use the 5 Me262A token you got in the past in this campaign for anything i still have them? what happened with the 1 jagdtiger prototype? when i started 1942 i had one but i checked the end of the campaign and i dont have it anymore. i admit i did not pay close attention to these stuff but im curious

AddEquipment(0, "TigerP", 15, Prototypes)
AddEquipment(0, "Jagdtiger", -1, Prototypes)
You get more TigerP in the first mission.
There comes a time on every project when it is time to shoot the engineer and ship the damn thing.
