Players/Clubs in South West Wales?

Hiya Folks, Sylvie and I are moving to Carmarthen this summer for at least three years .... are there any FOG friendly clubs or players in those parts?

Richard, does the Newport club still meet? (I have a hunch that might turn out to be one of the nearest?)
