Interpenetrating Ambush Markers

Post by kal5056 »

From the FAQ:
20. AMBUSHES
Can you interpenetrate or walk over your own ambush markers?
No - this is not listed as a legal interpenetration. If the ambush consists of troops that the movers could legally
interpenetrate, you need to declare the ambush and put the troops on first and then go through them.

Now as light foot can interpenetrate anything in any direction do you have to reveal an ambush (or lack there of) if light foot interpenetrates it?

Yes. You have to declare the ambush to prove it. Avoids any confusion later.

LF cannot interpenetrate "anything" they can interpenetrate "any troops".

Ambush markers are not troops.

So there's your answer - and a reason why paraphrasing is a bad thing :)

And why it was worded that way.. an ambush marker is indeed .. an ambush marker and nothing more.
