Since Hammy is obviously so busy and I've got to work 'til 6 I've done it.


Format?? There is a quick way around most things Hammy

OK, so what did you do there? Save it as a picture and insert it as an image?

And yes, I am actually rather busy today and will be very busy for the next few weeks as I try to untangle the finances of the company I am in the process of starting to work for.

Yes, full screen view in excel, print screen, save as bitmap and chop to size, upload to photobucket, paste link in reply to topic. Dead easy. 2 mins. (Once I'd remembered my photobucket password)

I have to admit I hadn't thought of doing it that way. What I have done in the past is created a fixed format table, padded it with spaces and put it in as code which is a total PITA and takes a lot longer than 2 minutes.

I wouldn't know how to do that, because there is an easier I would not bother to learn.
