ERROR...1.01.23...UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD FILE....an error occurred while trying to open an FTP file.
what is the fix for this?

As previously, its likely caused by your firewall/anti-virus blocking the transfer and isn't something we can currently fix. Don't use the upgrade button instead follow the reply vPaulus gave you.
