But putting Windows 10 Pro on a notebook with 4GB RAM and an integrated graphics card with no VRAM at all .. will not make it any more likely to run Panzercorps 2 in any playable fashion.

Well....all I can say is I am playing PC2 on the administrator setting and then I have to press ONE of 3 keyboard buttons F1,F2 OR F3 and hold them down in order to get a normal picture of the battle field...I think this laptop is hunted!
