What should I do?

1) Email me to confirm their participation
2) Play the game with them but don't let them take a copy away.

Done as requested (and cc'd RBS). I had done originally with confirmation on the 6th and on the 18th enquiring as to the situation. But it could be you didn't get it, depends if JD put the correct email address in his request for confirmation or your spam filters may be dropping it?

Of course I'm assuming that confirmation meant you'd made the list but if you've had another selection process after that then that would explain it.

I signed on to try to get in. I get an error on the page. I also, incidently, can't set my password. I get an authentication error...I have no idea why. I copy pasted the password and used the same clipboard item to sign into the board.

Haven't been sent my rules yet, but have been confirmed and everything else. Could someone please help?

Hmmm. My guess is they are having severe problems with the organising and are a tad busy. Half our group never got the rules despite confirming. In fact, for me I was confirmed for FOGN but got the QRS and Lists for FOGR, recieved no rules for neither. I've had no replies to emails other than a Private Message on the forum that said it was all in hand as there was a second batch of people to get the Beta rules.

I have emailed JD McNeil regarding this and have had no reply. I still don't have a copy of my Beta rules, nor do I have access to area51. Any ideas?
