Latest update
I have downloaded the latest update but now find that when I try to access muliplayer I just get a message to the effect that my details cannot be verified. Anyone else had this, or any ideas?

Re: Latest update
If you were in the beta, this is probably due to you having a Reconquista beta serial in your Registry, and those serials have been inactivated.
I need to check with the tech folk how you would fix this without messing about with your registry manually.

Re: Latest update
Are you definitely trying to login with the serial you received for the release? It's not a beta serial? Also, there may have been a temporary outage on the MP server, so I would advise trying again just in case it was that.

Re: Latest update
Hi, If you are having issues, could you try the following steps.
Uninstall the beta
Update to the latest version and then use the updater or small installer to input your serial for Reconquista

Re: Latest update
I uninstalled the beta before I downloaded the update. The weird thing is that I still seem to be able to access Reconquista battles without having downloaded the new DLC. Looks like I will have to uninstall the whole lot and start from the beginning.....

Re: Latest update
Sounds like a server error potentially... i've packaged the setup installer using wetransfer v1.01.06 which is the latest version - so once you install using this, you will be up to date, so no need for further updates etc
Please download it here - https://we.tl/t-n6gcUR1fMq
Will also pass on the issue to our IT department.
