We're always at the mercy of the scenario designers who decide what we can or can't buy; but if you want a free hand have fun with the random mission generator where we can buy exactly what we like anytime, for example an all-Fallschirmjager force against a British force to simulate Crete, or Brit paras vs Germans to simulate Arnhem, or US Airborne vs Germans to simulate the drops behind Utah beach on D-day etc..

Fallschirm and Gebirgs become avaiable in the 1940 scenarios.
