Help - How to create custom scenarios and play them

I bought the game Panzer Corps for the editor to make my own scenarios. However, I didn't find the folder "custom" to place the scenarios I made as the editor manual said. Will I be able to download the game again? Or kindly advise the solution. I have asked some experienced players, but they didn't know what happened either. I would appreciate if anyone can help me. Thanks.

Yes you can download the game again. You can download games and patches/updates from your account’s download area provided they are registered to the account. Please see the forum post below which explains how to do this:
