fleet disbanding on peace

Is this WaD? I offered Macedonia peace for a hefty amount of Legacy last turn. I had one of my fleets recuperating in Thessalia which I was occupying. Once Macedonia accepted peace my fleet was disbanded as it was considered land locked in the once again Macedonian controlled region.

Is there no way to displace the fleet to sea?

Good point. I amended the code for 1.38 where under a peace treaty, this case is not considered like a land lock. You have 10 turns to evacuate.
