Elite Replacements

Finished Kiev...hit elite replacements for all units before starting next scenerio. All units received the elite replacements except 2 PzIIIN's.

These units would not even "take" the green replacements offered. One unit is at a strength 9,the other at 8.

Went back to the end of the Kiev mission...tried to give then elite replacements before the end of the mission...to no avail. Buttons grayed out in both cases.

Plenty of prestige available...what gives?

are you playing with industry connections, if so maybe you ran out of prototypes ?

That should definately be the reason, as the III N normally isn't available until sometime in 1942 at the earliest.
