Aiming Assistance Hero

if I have my Anti-Air unit with Aim Assist Hero parked adjacent to 3 artillery units, 2 on the sides and 1 in the front, will all 3 benefit from Aiming Assistance on each turn? thanks

Your question actually made me realize how cool that hero placement is - since he will earn experience for the unit every time the artillery shoots, that's quite a nice way to help AA guns gain new stars much faster.

yeah In my last playthrough I had 2 of then (+ Galland). It reeeally helps getting XP. I used it on fighters mostly since they can be placed for maximum effect easily. But AA or AT is also a good idea, since those get XP so slowly

I put my Aiming Assistance heroes on AT, since I have trouble earning them experience normally (AI doesn't like to let them shoot in support, and they don't like to shoot direct).

I like the idea of doing that for an AA unit, since mine never seem to gain enough exp on their own (enemy bombers are shot down by our fighters mostly, rare to fire AA guns).

thanks. i wasn't even considering the exp factor. more interested in kills and maximum suppression
