OOB: WW II can't download

I "purchased" the free game but the download button did not function. I went to My Page and the serial number is not available. I actually purchased another product after that and the serial number was readily available. Please advise.

The game doesn't have a serial number. Go to the download section in the game's product page and download it from there:
