Printing of Rules book

Is there a printer friendly way to print the rules book? The normal pdf is impossible to print (white on black).

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Panzer Corps 2\Manuals

in there i have 2 versions of the manual 1 is printerfriendly
