efiles & campaigns similar to Adlerkorps for PG2?

I used to play a lot of Panzer General 2, and one of the things I really liked about it was the ability to use custom efiles and campaigns to make things more challenging and realistic. The Adlerkorps efile in particular had much higher costs for the best equipment, so you really had to much more carefully consider what equipment to purchase / upgrade to, instead of always just upgrading to the latest/best thing by default. Plus, there was an entire campaign designed to be balanced while playing with that efile. Is there anything like that for Panzer Corps?
