problems with unreal engine

when I double click on the PC2 icon to start the game the screen goes black and posts up this weird window with some sort of report form about the "unreal engine"...what ever that is...game use to run fine ...wondering if I should use my restore point and go back before to a point where it worked???

Where and how do I install it?...I am not very tech savy...
