Question about claiming an abandoned DL match automatically.

Both the Season 10 Rules and Player Guide state:
"After the first Time Control check has passed, if your opponent has not moved at all for 7 days without explanation then you are entitled to claim the match automatically by using the multi-player in-game facility provided."

What "multi-player in-game facility" accomplishes that?

The "End Stalled Game" tab in the Multi-Player lobby.

Has that functionality been reintroduced? Last I read it had been disabled and the only remaining part was the button...

I think Kronenblatt may be correct. I've pushed the "End Stalled Game" button several times but the match remains. Is the functionality disabled?

Why has the original topic being locked? Has anything been done? It would be nice to know that impossible sequences of bad luck are just the psychological effect of RNG and that the game is being played fairly.
