Custom campaigns not working although showing up in Mod Manager

I tried out the new remake campaign for PC1 grand campaign provided here on the forum and it worked.
As I noticed that its now also in steam workshop and I wanted to switch.
To achieve that I did the following:
- deleting cache, saves and the campaign folder from C:\Users\User\Documents\my games\Panzer Corps 2
- reinstalled the game
. suscribed to mod
- started the game
- activated mods
- restarted game... aso

Nothing worked, anyone any ideas? Thx in advance.

P.S: Other mods like New Unit Pack work totally fine

Hi,

I faced a similar problem and I use 3 mods which are available in the Steam Workshop.

The newly installed PC1 campaign mod was the last mod at the bottom.

I moved the PC1 campaign mod to be the first entry - then it worked for me.

Hey rivvendarke,

I'm wondering if there could still be a lingering file from the forum version in your private directories... Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps 2

Try searching the Cores, Mods, and Scenarios folders for anything that could be left over or misplaced from the forum version.

thx for your answer, sorry to keep bothering you.

This time I deletet everything related to PzC on my whole system and reinstalled the main game.

What also kept me concerned for quite a while now was the fact that my sound settings did never save and every time I started the game anew I had to chance those also.
The same applied to choosen mods, I always had to activate them after a game restart. Didnt find much to this matter on google but as it seemed to me it was not uncommon.
Regarding the fact that this Mod needs a newstart to properly work and my system wont save the options I decided to add a manual exception in bitdefender. THIS worked!
