Building the ‚Stratopedon‘ in 310BC Scenario?

I’m wondering if the unique spartan building ‚Stratopedon‘ (introduced with DLC) is also available in the 310BC Scenario.
Same for ‚Neosoiko‘, this special military shipyard for hellenistic factions.

No, this was deemed to be fit only for Sparta in 550 BC. The Neosoiko are still available to Athens though.
If you want to change that, it can be done by editing FACTIONS.CSV, cell BR153 (Sparta). Take example on BR14, Athens. The alias for the Stratopedon is simply $ID_STRUC_STRATOPEDON, and for the Neosoiko $ID_STRUC_HEL_SHIP_HOUSES
