Weird camo skins

Post by Vorskl »

Hi, has anyone faced with a similar issue? In the deployment menu, the skins look really weird - notice how blurred and 'smashed' they are, but in the 'playground' they are shown ok

That looks to be the anti-aliasing anomaly after updating. Try fiddling with your anti-aliasing settings and restarting. That seems to kick it into touch. We don't know the definite cause though it seems to be driver/directx related.

Thanks Pat, that helped - I downgraded 'max' to 'medium' settings, and that helped solve the issue.

If you now put it back up to max does the problem return?

When this happened to me I was able to return the AA setting to where it was originally and the textures/skins did not become all fuzzy again. The problem was solved. It has only happened to me once.

Yeah that matches our general experience but its always good to check for outliers.
