Ver 9.0.0 corrupted my game

Also all menu tabs, click buttons and dialogs boxes now show software code script instead of the actual text. You may look at my previous post for sample screenshots of dialog boxes and menus, they are still the same in ver9.0.0

The only stable version I can run is the v8.3.0legacybuild-64bit (see screenshot here: https://flic.kr/p/2kCLAHV ) which does not support the new Allies Defiant DLC, that I purchased but now am asking for a refund...

And yes, I have removed the old game and did a clean install of ver9.0.0 with no results....

I have a Lenovo Legion Y520 Laptop with 64bit Windows 10. Here are my specs:
