Unable to assign generals and then no server upload after deployment

I am playing a Digital League game against Lunecastle. I am player B. In my turn to deploy I selected my forces and was then unable to assign units to different commands. The game allowed me to move generals but would not allow me to reassign troops to different commands. I pressed to continue and instead of uploading to the server it went straight into the game. I crashed the game and tried again and this time I was able to assign troops and it uploaded as normal.
