I have a problem with '39 DLC starting traits.

I played SCW with the following negative traits: retrograde and denied artillery.

I started '39 WITHOUT choosing these 2 traits yet i still can't buy any artillery (the tab is empty) and i dont see any fighter plane in the fighter tab or the strat bomber tab. If i start the game without importing my core, i see the Bf 109E and 2 strat bombers (Do 17Z, He111H2) in those tabs. I also dont see the Panzer IIC in the tank tab but i see it without importing.

Sooo.... i dont get it, are my original choices permanent? But then how can i respec the traits?

It seems to be some kind of bug. When you import from one DLC to the next (Spain to 1939) in the very first scenario your old traits are still in effect and your new ones haven't taken over yet.

Annoying, but not horribly so. As soon as you finish the first mission, you should see you have normal access to equipment and artillery from the 2nd scenario of 1939 onward (Sarrguemines)
