Do transports affect reinforce cost?

Assume a unit of infantry without transport, a unit of infantry with truck and a unit of infantry with halftrack. All have the same experience. Do they all have the same reinforce cost?

yes, same cost. Or i just dont realise my auxiliary units (usually have transport) cost double RP to repair than cores for whole years
