FoG Tournament at the AttritiCon, Ulm 2009

Time and place: The tournament will be held at the Ruhetal Resort at Ulm, Germany, May 15th to 17th 2009.

Rules and Regulations:
Four games, 1 Friday night starting at 8 PM, 1 Saturday morning, starting at 8:30 AM. (There are various demonstration and participation games taking place Saturday afternoon), 1 Saturday evening, starting at 5:30 PM and one Sunday morning, starting at 9 AM.

Scale: 15 mm
Rules: The FoG rules including the latest Errata and FAQ from the Field of Glory HP (http://www.fieldofglory.com/onthefieldofglory.php)
Points: 800
1 MU = 1 inch
Table size 180 x 120 cm
Time: 3.5 h, when time is called the game ends after the JAP of the currently active player.
Pairing: Random draw in the 1st round, Swiss system for the following rounds.
Scoring: Scoring uses the official FoG scoring system.

Army Lists
Allowed Armies: All armies from all published books up to and including Swifter then Eagles.

This is a two list tournament.
Both OOBs must be derived from the same army list, but may be from different time periods and feature different troops, allies and order of march.
You have to decide which of your two lists you wish to play for a given game before the pre-battle initiative is rolled for.

No list may exceed 800 points.
Army lists must be submitted for checking in advance by May 1st 2009.
Army lists must specify the number and size of battle groups and the order of march for deployment. They should also include the territory list for the army.

Any idea whats the nearest airport we could fly in from the uk

Stuttgart would be the closest international airport, with Munich and Memmingen as a fair alternatives.

Pick-up service from the central station in Ulm can be arranged. Given enough advance notice we may also be able to pick you up at Stuttgart airport, but I can't promise that right now.

Just was wondering if there was anyone from the UK thinking of going to this event, I like the idea of Germany in May.
