Is it Possible to Multitask on Dual Monitor?

Hi.

Loving the game and have for a while. I love to multi-task with some games and do stuff on the other monitor during down time.

The issue is, when you click the other monitor while the enemy turn is processing, it will stop in its tracks and not continue until you click back into the game again, forcing you to wait and taking away your ability to multi-task.

This happens in Windowed mode too.

Is there any way to fix this? I would love to be able to do some work or even reading on the other monitor while the enemy goes through their motions instead of just sitting there. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

There's an option in the menu to set the game to continue going while you are tabbed away.
