Problem with Login in Multiplayer

I have a problem when I try to log in in multiplayer. I changed my password on https://www.slitherine.com/ and I hoped that could fix the problem but the problem didn't fix.

I am writing the user name and the new password on the multiplayer login, I mean the same details I have in my account on https://www.slitherine.com/ but I have the message «unknown error».

My username is greekiraklis

I already wrote my username in small letters but there is a problem. When I write in small letters the only difference with capital letters is the size of letters. I mean, I write first with capital letters and then with small letters. When I write with capital letters, the letters are really capital and big. When I write with small letters, the letters are not really small. They are still capital, just a little smaller in size.

Take a look at the next picture, please. I wrote first in small letters my username. As you can see, it is not small in reality. Then I write with capital letters my name again next to the small letters. The result is to see my name in capital letters again, but the difference is the size of the capital letters. So the difference between small and capital letters is only the size.

Capital letters = Capital letters with big size. Small letters = Capital letters with small size. So there is not really an option with small letters.

On the left side, I write my username with small letters. The result is to be written with small size capital letters. On the right side, I write my username with capital letters. The result is to be written with a little bit bigger size letters, and of course capital letters again.

What should I do? Maybe I should change my username somehow to capital letters and make it GREEKIRAKLIS from greekiraklis, and then try to join with my new username in capital letters?

I already sent that message to Slitherine Support <support@slitherine.co.uk> and they answered me that I should write my username in small letters, but as I explain above this didn't really work.

If someone has an idea about fixing my problem let me know.

The best approach is to follow up with support, as they can reach out to the server team to see what exactly is going on with your issue. If you can include the error.log file (Documents/My Games/FieldOfGlory2) immediately after you attempt to login, that will help them a lot.

AFAIK the login is case insensitive, so the caps should make no difference.
