Editor question: how to set up victory conditions in Multiplayer Maps??

Propably i didn´t found them, but is there a detailed description how i can set up victory conditions for a multiplayer map?

Or can anyone please explain it to me how i can set up victory conditions ? by doing multiplayer maps?

Is annyoing when copy from Panzer Coprs 1 the Gustav Line or other maps, and you can´t programm the victory conditions!!!
So please help me someone!!!!
