Conquest! Medieval Realms doesn't download.

Hello,

I bought "Conquest! Medieval Realms"and "Military History Commander - Europe at War" at the same time. I downloaded MHCEAW but, when I try to download CMR it displays this message:

"Sorry,

Too many download attempts: 15. You were allowed to download only 10 times.

If you have any questions, please contact Digital River Customer Service at CustomerServices@digitalriver.com."

I've only tried for six times. DR doesn't respond my mails.

Please, try to solve this.

When did you contact DR? It might take them some time to track through your query.

If you don't get any joy then Iain will probably have more advise to get you playing when he gets online tomorrow.
