Unable to open an FTP file

Good Day,

When clicking on the Check for Update button in Order of Battle, I get the below error.

Error:
Unable to download file
An error occurred while trying to open an FTP file.


Not computer literate, so not sure how to fix or open the FTP file. Any tips appreciated as I have two more modules purchased but cannot download as it tells me I need to upgrade Order of Battle first.

Go to My Page and download the installer 7.1.4 and update8.6.5 files there.
