Elite Replacements

Finished Kiev...hit elite replacements for all units before starting next scenerio. All units received the elite replacements except 2 PzIIIN's.

These units would not even "take" the green replacements offered. One unit is at a strength 9,the other at 8.

Went back to the end of the Kiev mission...tried to give then elite replacements before the end of the mission...to no avail. Buttons grayed out in both cases.

Plenty of prestige available...what gives?

If your playing with the Industry Connections (which I assume since the IIIN isn't available in Kiev normally) then you've run out replacements for them. You'll need to either keep them in reserve until you get more stock or they become normal units. Or just upgrade them to something else until later on.
