Query After 1.5.34 Update

Hi support.

I have a query after 1.5.34 update which I applied yesterday.
Just had my first MP game finish after the update.
It was in progress from before update.

The game has finished 54-23 in my favour Seleucid loss 54 - Pergamene loss 23.
I (Triarii) played the Pergamenes my opponent SgtOgre played the Seleucids.

However, the final flash screens are
1) Your army has lost heart. You are defeated.
followed by
2) Seleucid Defeat. My Lord we cannot conceal this was a defeat

Also the message board has transposed the origin of the messages sent through the game.
My messages are now credited to SgtOgre and vice-versa.

Can provide screen dumps if required.

Is this is a temporary artifact of the update being applied while an MP game was in progress?
If not may it be an issue arising from the new deployment turn structure?

Just had exactly the same issue with a game I've just finished against General Shapur in the Chaos Tourney.
Messages credited to the opposite player and it announced that I (as the Romans) had lost although I was playing Ostrogoths and General Shapur was playing Romans..

It only seems to affect finished games. All my ongoing games show the right messages credited to the right player. (The finished game and the ongoing games were all started before the update)

Are you seeing this issue only in games viewed from the Completed Games tab, or also in games that ended after you loaded them from the My Games tab?

For me the game was from the completed games tab - it finished in my opponents turn.

Right. Well obviously we don't know who said what, but the attribution of the comments is reversed?

Would you be able to ask your opponent if the popups and chat looked correct to him in his final turn, before the game went to the Completed Games tab?

Also, what does he see if he looks at the game from the Completed Games tab now?

Will do - I know he has told me the computer says he won so it must be true.

Yes , it's only when viewed from the Completed Games tab. I just finished a game vs SnuggleBunnies that was fine when it finished. It correctly reported that I had lost and all of the messages were correctly attributed. However , it now appears in highlighted font in the Completed Games tab (as if I haven't viewed the last turn) and if I then re watch the last turn it thinks I am the winning side and all of the messages are flipped to the wrong user id.

I have had the same experience in one of my games.

Hi Richard - My opponent got back - he cannot be sure about how his last turn appeared as it happened. However the chat is now reversed and the splash screens seen are for a Pergamene victory though he played the defeated Seleucids.
So from the completed games tab he also sees the reversed chat and wrong splash screens.

Also noticed that it turns the map around too , so that you view the final turn from behind the enemies army.

When I am looking at completed games (won or lost) All the messages are reversed in their attribution (swapped over) and the report gives me the report of the opposition in the playthrough. It does not interfere with the game but is slightly frustrating to be told I have been defeated when I have just won (or more embarrassing being told of my glorious victory after having just lost).

Yes, it seems to be completely consistent. It is being worked on.
