Music won't play

I have this game installed on my main gaming pc and my laptop for portable play, What I noticed is that on my laptop the background music will play properly but, On my desktop its silent.
I tried verifying game cache and re-installing but it still wouldn't play the music. Did I do something wrong? Help anybody that have more computer knowledge than I do.

Did you check the volume of the Music ?

Yea music slider to the maximum

So you have no Audio(Music, Sound, Weather & Ambient Sounds) ?
Other games sound ok ?
Sound card update ?

Thanks for trying to help,

I tried updating my audio driver for my motherboard
I disabled anti virus
updated graphics driver
set default program for the ogg music file

I can play the game fine and the other sound effect works but only the background music won't play for some reason

on my laptop music comes out just fine, why won't it work for my gaming computer?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Slitherine\Order of Battle - WWII\Order of Battle - WW2_Data\Content\Music (Slitherine installation)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Order of Battle Pacific\Order of Battle - WW2_Data\Content\Music (Steam installation)
Music files are ogg, other sound files seems to be wav ?
Maybe you don’t have the codecs to play the ogg files?

yea for the ogg files I have windows groove music installed, which by the way is also installed on my laptop.
As for me I have a game installed in the other drive due to storage issues

But at this point I give up, since it's not effecting me playing the game, thanks again.
