Multiplayer Game and Surrender

I seem to have struck an issue twice now in multiplayer games. If 3 or more people are playing, if one surrenders, the game cannot continue for the rwo remaining participants. They cannot Join/play any more turns, and the surrendered player cannot do anything else after selecting surrender.

Does surrender from one player effectively end the multiplayer game for all players?

I have done a little more analysis on the issue, and it seems it’s a bug in the game that can happen - but not always.

When the player surrenders he does not get a “DEFEAT” screen but rather stays in the game - however “End Turn” is greyed out, so all you can do is observe.
Here’s the funny part:

- The next player does not get a “PLAY” button and cannot continiue the game.
- The player that surrendered can return to the multiplayer screen, and his PLAY button remains - and he can play/join again. He is however still surrendered and cant do anything.
-If the surrendered player remains in the game, the next player can all of a sudden “JOIN” (The button does not say PLAY as it should”
- If the next player joins, he does have his turn and can move units/attack and so on. Be he cannot “End Turn”.
- If he exists to menu, he can once again JOIN if the surrendered player is still in the game. All the moves he made earlier is lost however, and he can move again - still cannot “End Turn”.

This is where the loop stops, and you can get no further. Regardless of who’s joined and what the surrendered player does.
It’s a game bug - as if the TURNs get out of Sync and from the server perspective stays with the surrendered player - allthough the next player can move in his joined session.

Hope this is something that can be fixed. How to report official bugs like this?
