re installing game

Hi Techs
I have been having problems with FOGII taking many minutes to load both SP & MP games,
up to 6 minutes or more from clicking on my desk top icon until the 'Current Chat' page appears.

I am thinking that I should reinstall the game but I am not sure what order to load everything.

Obviously start with FOGII but then do I load all the DLCs and then the V1.5.32 upgrade last
or the upgrade before all the DLCs ?

My Pike & Shot Campaigns & Sengoku Jidai are working as per normal.
